I am a regular customer. Tonight my order was over an hour and a half late. I eventually found my order on the porch, ice cold. The driver did not call. They did not ring the bell. When I called the restaurant I wasn't apologized to. Instead the driver (who I had given a 20% tip online) was defended and I was told that my food
"probably isn't too cold" .
This is not acceptable behavior on the part of your restaurant!!!
No apology and no refund.
As a regular customer, I am tremendously upset in the way I've been treated, and am ready to write about this experience, and share it in as many public places as I can.

The chicken from the sweet and sour chicken was not worth the amount. Couldn’t even eat it what a waste this time. I wish I could get a refund for that amount. It’s like it was freezer burned and tasted odd. I took a picture but not sure where to send it.
